Why do people keep complaining about the WWE?
Wow this wrestling section is FULL of smarks and bombarded with quesitions about ppl bitching and complaning about WWE , for example :
John Cena = IMO everyones hates him cuz everyone else hates him so they just wanna fit in with the “smarks” , he can do mat wrestling prertty damn good, i saw him back in OVW, and the best explanation they can give me about hating Cena is that his gimmick sucks…lmfao???…
Guest Hosts = with the help of the Guest Host concept, RAW has had the best summer in ratings since 2001
PG Era = Well guys dont u understand that PG is makin more money to vince? Some of u actually think WWE Is dying cuz of PG.. its n ot..since its kid friendly, kidsw ill buy merchandise, toys and lots more..
I got lots more where that came from but why bother, so why do u think they complain about this?
Regarding Cena, I think he has excellent mic skills, is very charismatic and is a very good performer. However I think he is being utilized completely wrong and his whole Superman/Hulk Hogan archetypal good guy persona has become very very stale. I mean the guy is dangerously close to reminding the kids to eat their green vegetables and to take their vitamins and brush their teeth!! I was stoked for him right before he won his first championship but since then he has lost all his edge, his mic skills haven’t been used at all and every show consists of him coming to the ring and being oh so humble and winning every match and every encounter as clean as a whistle. In the rare event he does lose it is always surrounded thick by controversy just as in about every finish to every other big WWE match.
Guest hosts I do not have a problem with and were a smart move to bring new fans to wrestling.
PG era absolutely sucks in my mind. The attitude era>all, but hopefully it will not last. I think if anything they should make RAW PG and smackdown more edgy, or better yet make ECW into a respectable show instead of just basically a second stage developmental territory and make that the edgy show.
