Wrestling Prayer

Do our prayers for the unsaved changes nothing if not part of the elect?
I'm doing what one of my professors referred to as WSG, fight, fight, fight, with a theme. I asked this yesterday Q: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index; _ylt = Avf2AQ.aN8l38I3cBpAYH2Dsy6IX; _ylv = 3 = 20080415141625AAHDaRV four times a day and based on the answers that would? the conclusion that the specific is chosen for salvation. So what if we pray for someone who is not part of the elect? I keep thinking of aggressive Abraham for salvation of Lot from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. If we persist in prayer of someone who was not part of the elect, God's names? Buzz, who have not answered the question yet. If the other question mark is meant why I'm trying to understand this particular issue. ROHO, I really enjoy reading your questions and answers. I'm desperately praying for my brothers, my study this is not complete and I understand everything. The idea that someone in hell breaks my heart.
Some are very specifically chosen for salvation – the human race. What you're talking about, my friend, is called predestinationism …. or what is called heresy. A verse that blows out of the water: Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life. You should pray for the lost because the Holy Spirit can move in any man. In the example of Lot is a great one, and one who never thought about before:. ETA If God can save me, He can save anyone, buddy. We should be like the widow in Luke 18. She diligently went before the judge with your request. That's what we're called to do. God moves. Depending on your brothers accept him, and I understand that you are coming. I heartbreaking. I can not bear the thought of it. But remember that He wishes none to be lost. Unfortunately, many are unwilling to accept that. Be like the widow, diligence before His throne with his request. If you email me your name, I'll add to my prayer.
