Why some fighters use two sleeves of shot? WWE NOT STOP! ONLY REAL FIGHT!?
I have been struggling for 2 years and I've only been using a sleeve of shot in my knee. How do people use two and is best to use two?
some people wear two knee pads because they can shoot with both legs. It is very useful if you can do that because they may be changing its position and not give them an easy implementation of a shot. Additionally, you can shoot from all angles. I personally do not wear knee pads at all, because my knee while shooting just fell down and the pills allow you to slide to much. Also sometimes people the symmetry used to haha
