Wrestling Jump Rope

opinions on my wrestling off season work out?
ok weight training 3 days a week two alternating workouts A and B
A
squat 5×5
Bench 5×5
inverted rows 3xfailure
push-ups 3xfailure
reverse crunches 3×12
B
Squat 5×5
overhead press5×5
deadlift 5×5
pull-ups 3xfailure
prone bridges 3×30 secs
and jumping rope for cardio 10 mins right after weights and 20 mins every other day of the week
the weight program is stronglifts 5×5
i know since its for wrestling i should wrestle but i don’t have the money or time for camp or mat spaces with out them
