How can I get better at school wrestling!!!?!?!?!?
Ok i just went to my first practice today. I weight about 165. I wrestled and lost to most of the kids i wrestled. Most of these kids have been wrestling for a long time. I just started. I dont know any of the moves or anything. How can i get better!
As you said, it’s your first practice. It’s gonna take some time before you start to get really good. Work really hard at practice, keep fit with running and other cardio work, as well as weights. Practice takedown motions at home so that it comes as second nature. Be the first man at practice and the last to leave. But it takes time and experience, so don’t worry if you’re not there yet.
