Shane Mcmahon
Participation in networks
He began his screen career as a referee named Shane Stevens in 1990 and was the first actor to leave to greet the audience at WrestleMania VI. The two met in a rematch at WrestleMania XV, McMahon has help from his friends of children of Middle Street Posse & Triple H, who turned in X-Pac during the match to retain the championship. McMahon retired the title, wanting to retire as a "Undefeated." McMahon later gave the title to Mideon, who found in the duffel bag McMahon, making the recovery.
After WrestleMania, Vince briefly presented for the second side, and McMahon took control of the Corporation. With wrestlers like Triple H in this new faction, McMahon feuded with his father and a new faction formed by former members of the Corporation, La Union. In the pilot for UPN Smackdown, McMahon joined forces with The Undertaker and the Ministry of Darkness to form the Corporate Ministry. Eventually, Vince was revealed as the mastermind behind this faction, and his face turn explains to a plot to obtain WWF title away from Austin. Then met Austin and Vince McMahon in a fight of stairs into the King of the Ring of ownership of the WWF, as in the story, Austin had 50%, which was assigned to him by Linda and Stephanie McMahon, upset Vince McMahon and complicity in the kidnapping of Stephanie's story by the Corporate Ministry, while Shane McMahon and each had a 25%. At No Way Out, McMahon made his return as a heel again for helping The Big Show defeated The Rock. This began the road to WrestleMania 2000, where for four directions of each fighter had a McMahon in his corner. The rock was Vince McMahon was the Big Show, Triple H had Stephanie, Mick Foley and Shane had mother, Linda McMahon. The Big Show was the first man eliminated, and shortly after he and McMahon were separated. This led to a struggle between the two Judgement Day, which McMahon won after receiving the help of Test and Albert, among others. Over the coming months, McMahon teamed up with other wrestlers heel, including Edge and Christian, who helped him win the Hardcore Championship Steve Blackman. McMahon then disappeared from television, making occasional cameo appearances.
The Alliance (2001)

In 2001, McMahon made his third side led again faced with his father, Vince. The feud with Vince McMahon due to higher (kayfabe) romance with Trish Stratus. McMahon then began a feud with Kurt Angle. By King of the Ring, June 24, angle McMahon feud was over. Angle also delivered a belly to belly suplex up through the stage glass assembly silver but McMahon does not break on the first attempt, causing him to fall headfirst into the concrete floor. After a second successful attempt, Angle is subjected to a second plate back to the stage and failed again twice more. The party also had Shane needed shooting star press and ended up at an angle to make the "Angle Slam" rope before scoring victory over a bloodied McMahon.
McMahon then began to lead his fighters against his father WCW and WWE wrestlers, time to join forces with Paul Heyman and his band of Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) wrestlers, along with its new owner, the sister of Stephanie McMahon McMahon-Helmsley. Calling themselves from the Alliance, pledged to run finally, the World Wrestling Federation (and specifically his father) into bankruptcy. Ultimately, the invasion reached a point at Survivor Series. The team of McMahon, Steve Austin, Kurt Angle, Rob Van Dam, Booker T and lost to the team at The Rock, Chris Jericho, The Undertaker, Kane, and the Big Show. WWF defeated The Alliance, made (kayfabe) go out of business. The following night on RAW, Vince McMahon publicly fired two and Stephanie McMahon had calmly admitting that he had lost the man better, while Stephanie begged his father before being forcibly removed from the sand. After the destruction of the Alliance WCW / ECW, McMahon kept off the screen, eventually a brief reappearance on three occasions during 2002 and 2003.
Sporadic appearances (20032005)

At WrestleMania XIX, McMahon made his first appearance on screen in two years when he went to see the welfare of his father after of a street fight with Hulk Hogan. He turned his face once again in the summer of 2003 by engaging in a fight with Eric Bischoff (who had made improper comments and gestures Linda's mother of Shane). Bischoff defeated in a street fight at Summerslam. McMahon also became involved in a feud with Kane after the Tombstone Linda gave no Piledriver Linda by naming the contender in the World Heavyweight Championship. Their feud culminated in losing McMahon Last Man Standing Match at Unforgiven and initially ambulance match after losing a brutal match at Survivor Series.
After Survivor Series, Raw McMahon left to focus on staff creative executive and his new family. At WrestleMania XX, McMahon appeared briefly on camera during the opening ceremony with Vince and his newborn son, Declan James McMahon. In a special edition 3-hour Raw in October 2005, considered as the Feast of the WWE, the four family members were given McMahon a Stone Cold Stunner by Stone Cold Steve Austin. The following week, Vince demanded an apology from the front row commentators for not coming to the aid of his family, which took place in a feud. McMahon also appeared at Survivor Series, but do not appear on television. It can be seen on the DVD extra talking with Theodore Long backstage, when The Boogeyman tried to scare off McMahon, who did much about it.
A feud with Shawn Michaels and DX (20062007)

McMahon turned heel once again re-side his father for help in the fight with Shawn Michaels. At the Royal Rumble 2006, McMahon eliminated Michaels throwing over the top rope. After weeks of attacks from behind by McMahon, one of which saw McMahon force an unconscious Michaels to kiss the back of Vince McMahon and Michaels face off in a street fight on March 18, 2006 edition of Saturday Night's Main Event. Similarly to real life Betrayal of Montreal, McMahon put Michaels in the Sharpshooter and Vince called the bell and gave the victory McMahon. McMahon's feud "with Michaels gave religious twist after WrestleMania 22 (which Michaels defeated Vince McMahon). Vince Michaels said the victory was the result of "divine intervention" and reserved for himself and his son in a match at Backlash against Michaels and his team "God." Around this time, Vince began to act strange and at one point was considered a god. McMahon, who at this time referred to Vince as "the product of his semen", teamed up with Vince to defeated Michaels and "God" at Backlash due to assistance from the Spirit Squad.
This feud then wrapped Triple H, who had enlisted McMahon to get Michaels. Triple H was frustrated with this as it is distracted from his attempt to regain the WWE Championship. McMahon ended up hitting Triple H with his signature weapon, the hammer, in what was considered an accident that put McMahon outside the ring for a while. Vince (McMahon and later, who had recovered) asked the humble and get Triple H some compensation. Triple H then began a feud with McMahon shortly after leading his side to Shawn Michaels and the reform of the D-Generation X (DX). At SummerSlam, McMahon, along with his father Vince, were defeated by DX. About a month later at Unforgiven, The McMahons and then World Champion The Big Show ECW Face DX in a Hell in a Cell. McMahon injured his elbow after Michaels dropped a chair that was around the neck of McMahon. DX was victorious at Unforgiven McMahon and disappeared from television.

In the March 5 edition of Raw, McMahon returned to inform his father, Vince, on the "referee" for the "Battle of the Billionaires." He said his opponents in the Council Body had won the vote, 5-4. McMahon had been the intention of McMahon to be the referee. Instead, the guest judge was be old rival's McMahon, Steve Austin. During the "Battle of the Billionaires" match at WrestleMania 23, McMahon attempt to interfere on behalf of his father was arrested by Austin. During the match, McMahon was able to hit the dive from coast to coast with a trash face Bobby Lashley. On April 9, McMahon officially joined the Vince / Umaga / Lashley feud Lashley when he faced the ECW Championship in a match against the title of hair that ended in McMahon get disqualified on purpose by drilling the referee. After the match, Umaga, Vince McMahon and Lashley all attacks. Backlash in a Handicap Match for the ECW title, along with his father, McMahon and Umaga defeated Lashley for the ECW Championship. Vince won the pin becoming the ECW World Champion. On the Day of Judgement, Lashley face McMahon, Vince and Umaga in Again, in a rematch for the ECW World Championship. This time, Lashley won the match, but since Vince McMahon pinned in place, Vince is still the champion. In One Night Stand McMahon and Umaga Vince tried to help retain the ECW World title against Bobby Lashley, but not when Vince Lashley speared and pinned him for the victory.
Recorded in the edition of RAW that aired on September 3, McMahon, along with his mother Linda and sister Stephanie, made appearances to deal with Vince about his son illegitimate. McMahon returned at Survivor Series to accompany Hornswoggle, with his father in his match against The Great Khali. After that, he would be absent from TV for almost a year.
A feud with The Legacy (20082009)
After Vince McMahon serious injury sustained on June 23 episode Raw, Shane Raw requested for the list to remain united during what was a "turbulent times." McMahon reason, however, was ignored and later, Shane Stephanie McMahon and urged the list to show their solidarity. In the July 28 edition of RAW, McMahon made an appearance on RAW, Mike Adamle as he announced as he and Stephanie choice to be the new General Manager of Raw. After Adamle resigned as general manager, he and Stephanie became the provisional authority figure on the screen Raw for the program. In the November 24 episode of Raw, Shane and Stephanie argued about who was in charge, tells Stephanie what prevails is his show. After of being slapped by Stephanie, Shane ended the segment by saying that from that day, he would see Raw Stephanie run "right into the ground."
At the beginning of 2009, Randy Orton feud with the McMahon family. In the January 19 edition of RAW, Orton Vince McMahon kicked in the head, after he had tried Orton Fire Company. The following week, Shane returned to television, which led him to attack Orton for their actions. The February 2 edition of RAW, Orton was revealed that Shane challenged a No Holds Barred match at No Way Out, which he accepted. At No Way Out, Orton defeated Shane in the game. The next night, Orton challenged Shane unsactioned a match for the main event episode. The match ended with Orton, hitting Shane in the head as well as performing an RKO to Stephanie McMahon.
Shane returned on March 30 in RAW, with Triple H and his father, to confront and attack The Legacy (Orton, Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes). The April 6 edition of RAW, it was announced that Shane could compete in a game of six-man team against The Legacy cloud at Backlash with Triple H and Batista, the latter of whom had returned from an injury, when the stipulation was that if any team member any member Orton pinned Triple H team, Orton would win the WWE Championship Triple H, however, if a team member of Triple H was counted or disqualified, Orton would win the title. In the May 4 edition of Raw was kayfabe injured by Orton and legacy, what cancellation of the TV again.
Backstage roles

However, on 27 March 2007 Nobuyuki Sakakibara, the president of the DSE, announced that Station Casinos, Inc. magnate Lorenzo Fertitta, also one of the co-owners of Zuffa, the parent company of Ultimate Fighting Championship, had an agreement to acquire all the assets of Pride FC Pride DSE after 34 in a deal valued at about USD $ 70 million. Therefore, the agreement between the DSE and WWE has reportedly been canceled.
Later, in November, McMahon and WWE Canada President Carl DeMarco, traveled to South America to conclude a television deal in Brazil, which allowed his television station to air Raw and SmackDown.
From October 16, 2009 WWE released a statement Shane McMahon announcing his resignation and also issued an official press release. indicating that the resignation was submitted on January 1, 2010. No specific reason was given for the waiver. McMahon said in a press release from the WWE, "Having been associated with this organization for most of my life, I feel this is the time timely in my career to pursue foreign companies. "Thus ending his 20 years with the company on January 1, 2010.
Ultimate Fighting Championship
Rumors began to spread November 24, 2009 that McMahon was interested in buying a percentage of the UFC. Shane and former president of the Canadian WWE Carl DeMarco met with UFC president Dana White. McMahon married his high school sweetheart Marissa Mazzola on September 14, 1996. Lived street from each other. McMahon has stated that Marissa is the only girlfriend he ever had.
