Forearm Bands

2 quick and easy tricks to add mass to the arms
There are two tricks to add mass to your arms, if you want to have big muscular arms must use them (the 2 tricks) So if you're not going to remain where it is now, and I suppose you prefer to change given that you're here.
Before I tell you what I really want you to remember to focus on the complete package, what I mean? What I'm saying is that if you want a muscle to grow (chest, for example) will have to focus on the opposing muscle to him (his back, his chest for doing), to do so, will show the way to the absence of growth in the best and muscle pain is a couple of months in the worst case.
We want to keep away from muscle imbalances, will go into more detail in the next section.
Tip 1: Arm
The arms are composed of two main muscles, biceps and triceps.
If you need more biceps is important to also focus on the triceps as well, you do not want your arms to start a regular pain, and that only exercises your biceps and triceps are soft and underdeveloped.
Biceps Training
You probably understand all the basics, biceps curls are cultured with dumbbells and other exercise-related, not need to be a professional to know what to do here.
There are numerous exercises that focus on different angles of the biceps, but if you're a beginner, it's better to just basic curls with dumbbells and start doing different angles when a few years down the road.
Triceps Training
If you want to start adding mass in the arms that they should start giving equal attention to your triceps and your biceps, you can not play favorites here, while you take a shower that does not wash the bottom of your body and just pour some water on top, you must give your triceps so much love as you give to your biceps.
Dips and triceps extensions exercises are very good, although there are other good toalways keep things simple, this muscle is sometimes difficult to build and its good to isolate it in case you're having difficulties, tend to use when doing a bench press and push-ups too well that the training separated from each other, do not get to do pushups immediately after doing tricep extensions.
Tip 2: The lower arm
The forearms are a vulnerable part of your body for the reason they're so small, in contrast to his upper arms, which tend to use and wrists every time you are doing wrist curls for the formation of preference should be ignored until they have developed their arms to some degree.
You should develop your grip strength rather than his own wrist, so focus on your grip, you can do this when it starts.
Grip training
You need to focus on your grip strength especially since this will make it easier for you to curl heavier weights and adding even more mass their arms, some of the best athletes on this planet as Marvin Eder could bench press 515 pounds, the training grip so you do not want to underestimate this.
You may want to get some clips of the hand, are a great way to develop grip strength.
Extensor forearm training
As with the arms must also focus on the forearms as a whole and not simply a group of muscles.
This part of the forearm is usually overlooked and ends with the people who get the elbow tendinitis or tennis elbow, this will help protect you from muscle imbalances.
You can do exercises this muscle by wrapping a rubber band on the fingertips and around your thumb and fingers extended against the resistance of the rubber band (thanks to Lee Hayward of the idea exercise).
